Photography, Video Recording, and Media Notice
The Oklahoma Judo Association (OJA), its member clubs, event staff, volunteers, media representatives, spectators, and participants may photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture images, audio, and video during OJA-sanctioned events.
By registering for and attending this event, participants and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge and understand that:
• Competition areas, warm-up areas, award ceremonies, and other event activities may be photographed or recorded.
• Event photos and videos may be used by OJA and its member clubs for promotional, educational, historical, news, and social media purposes, including publication on websites, livestreaming platforms, social media platforms, printed materials, and other media.
• Spectators, coaches, family members, and other attendees may independently photograph or record matches and activities involving participants.
• Once images or video are captured in a public event setting and shared by third parties, OJA cannot control, monitor, or guarantee the removal of such content from the internet or social media platforms.
• Participation in this event constitutes consent to being photographed, recorded, livestreamed, and included in event-related media coverage.
Individuals who do not wish to appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, or other media should carefully consider whether participation in a public sporting event is appropriate, as OJA cannot reasonably guarantee that any participant will be excluded from photography or video recording by event attendees or third parties.
